Do we roast our own coffee beans?
Yes, KYN owns and operates roasting facilities in Semenyih. Our roasters can produce a maximum output capacity of 2 tones per month.
Does different brewing method affect the taste of the coffee?
Yes, it does. KYN’s vision is to deliver the finest coffee experience in Malaysia, made possible through our selection of gourmet-quality beans and exceptional roasting technology. To this end, KYN provides expertise to extract the desired flavors from the best beans, present to you the best flavor and complexity of coffee as well as provide an artisan coffee drinking experience.
Can I get a sample bean before I proceed to order the wholesale quantity?
Yes, with company account registration, you are entitled to choose a maximum of 3 types of bean [blend/single origin] from our wholesale’s menu. We will post the free bean sample for you; you only need to pay for the delivery fee.
How does the redemption system work?
Wholesales orders come with an option for customers to redeem coffee bean quantity whenever needed to ensure freshness of the bean. The redemption feature is available once you sign up for an account with us.
